What currency are prices listed in on the site?
All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars).

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped the next business day.
Average delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your location (excluding public holidays).

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received tracking details after 5 business days, please contact us at admin@pouche.com.au.

Can I return my order? What if there’s a problem?
Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged.
You have 30 days from receipt to return the product for a full refund. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Be sure to include your name and order number with the returned item.
Please note: If your order is in transit, it must be delivered before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order at no cost, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
If the item has already been dispatched, wait for it to arrive, then use our return process for a full refund.

I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?
If you've entered the wrong address, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at admin@pouche.com.au within 24 hours.
We can update your shipping details if notified in time.
No refunds will be issued for incorrect address submissions after 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes approximately 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
International shipments or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
